Why it works

Apple cannot tell the difference.

The Mach-O binary format contains no information about the build host, build tool, or operating system. An IPA produced on Windows is byte-for-byte identical to one produced by Xcode.

LC_BUILD_VERSION specifies the target platform, not the build machine. iOS checks what the binary IS — not where it was built. We exploit this completely.

Real ARM64 Machine Code

0x8B000000 is ADD on every planet. ARM64 instruction encoding is identical whether generated on Windows, Linux, or macOS. EdgeSwift generates the real thing.

Real Code Signing

ldid v2.1.5 applies SHA-256 code signatures. The same format Apple's own tools produce. dyld validates the signature — and it passes.
